Delete my Mon guide account
This page deletes your account and all the trips saved in your account, on all your devices. This cannot be undone. You can also do it in the app: Settings > Delete my account.
Trips saved on a phone without an account are not affected: they are removed when you uninstall the app.
Deletion in three steps
1. Enter your account's email address: you will receive a sign-in code.
2. Enter the code you received by email (check your spam folder too).
3. Final check before permanent deletion.
Your account and trips have been deleted. You can uninstall the app or keep using it without an account.
Having trouble?
Write to us from your account's email address asking for its deletion: loading…. We delete the account and its trips within one month and confirm by email.
Data deleted: email address, trips (plans, accommodation and personal stop addresses). No data is kept after deletion.
